Welcome to Vet Alex. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at store.vet-alex.com and your purchase of our products. By accessing our site and purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Accuracy of Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid shipping delays or failures with our partners Bosta and Egypt Post.
3. Products and Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our pet supplies that appear at the store.
4. Payments & Billing
Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount due upon delivery. We are currently working to integrate local payment gateways including Fawry, Paymob, Instapay, and Geidea; once active, these will be subject to their own secure encryption protocols.
5. Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order as long as it has not yet entered the “Shipped” status. Once an order is handed over to our couriers (Bosta/Egypt Post), it cannot be cancelled in your account page.

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
