Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: 0 – 1 business day (Saturday– Thursday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM (EET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
- Processing Days: We process orders every day except Fridays.
Transit Time & Delivery Zones
Our delivery service operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Estimated transit times vary by location:

*Note: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
Shipping Schedule
We deliver all week to ensure your pet gets what they need quickly, with the following exception:
- Delivery Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Friday: No deliveries are made (Weekly Holiday).
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight. All costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free delivery threshold: orders from 999 EGP and above for any place in Egypt.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email and whatsapp message or SMS with your tracking details or a contact number for the courier in charge of your delivery.
