Bravecto 250 mg Chewable Tablet | For Dogs 4.5–10 kg

Type: Systemic flea and tick treatment for dogs; oral chew containing fluralaner.

Indications

• Treatment and prevention of flea infestations in dogs.
• Treatment and control of tick infestations for up to 12 weeks per dose.

Dosage and Administration

• Weight band: Dogs >4.5–10 kg.
• Dose: Give one 250 mg tablet as a single dose every 12 weeks.
• Administer at or around feeding; do not split the tablet.
• For dogs over 56 kg, use an appropriate combination of tablets per veterinary guidance.

Active Ingredient

Fluralaner (isoxazoline class).

Onset and Duration

• Begins killing fleas quickly after administration.
• Provides up to 12 weeks of continuous protection against fleas and most ticks within the labeled weight band.

Use Notes

• For dogs and puppies from 8 weeks of age and ≥2 kg, using the correct strength for body weight.
• Repeat dosing based on a 12‑week schedule or veterinary advice considering local parasite risk.

Precautions

• Use by prescription and as directed by a veterinarian.
• Safety of the isoxazoline class: use caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders.
• For canine use only; keep out of reach of children.
